Browse King William 72-Hour Releases

A King William County 72 hour release list would cover people released in the last 72 hours, including a three-day period that may cross a weekend or holiday. Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center does not publish that rolling feed. A defined records request is the official way to seek a King William release window, while current custody, notification, and court sources help verify one person. The longer span can catch activity missed by a same-day check, but it still must distinguish community release from transfer. No absent roster row alone proves that a person returned home.

King William 72-Hour Release Records

MPRSC does not publish a verified rolling 72-hour release list. The regional center offers a Current Inmate Listing, not a three-day archive. Its official navigation, sitemap, and reviewed roster application contained no recent-release endpoint. The King William Sheriff's Office also does not maintain a separate local jail feed because MPRSC holds adults charged or sentenced on local matters.

A three-day inquiry is still possible. Define exact start and end timestamps and request an existing MPRSC release log, entry, or routine export. State that King William should be identified through the committing jurisdiction, court, or agency field if MPRSC maintains it. Otherwise a facility-wide response may include people from all member jurisdictions. The public list does not show county in its main grid, so all rows cannot be counted as King William cases.

No published feed. The wider time window is created by a narrow records request, not by relabeling MPRSC's current roster.

Request King William Three-Day Releases

The most useful request asks for records that already exist. Virginia FOIA does not require MPRSC to answer a general question or build a new list. It does allow a requester to identify an existing report, export, or database record with reasonable detail. Electronic form is useful when the ordinary record can be produced that way.

  1. Choose an exact start timestamp and end timestamp. For weekend activity, state the calendar dates as well.
  2. Ask for existing release records or an ordinary-course export covering that range, not for staff to create a “72-hour list.”
  3. Identify fields such as full name, booking number, release date and time, disposition, and committing jurisdiction if maintained.
  4. Send the request through the MPRSC FOIA channels by mail, fax, email, in person, or phone. A written request gives a clear scope.
  5. Ask for a cost estimate before work exceeds a chosen limit. MPRSC may charge actual access, search, duplication, and supply cost.
  6. Reconcile transfer entries with VADOC or the named receiving agency before calling them community releases.

MPRSC identifies a five-working-day response period, starting the next day and excluding weekends and holidays. When a response is impractical in that period, a written explanation permits seven more working days. That legal response schedule is not the same as a live three-day feed.

A response may produce the records, withhold a portion under a cited law, provide redacted and reasonably separable parts, report that responsive records cannot be found, or identify another known custodian. Those outcomes are more informative than a failed roster frame because they address the actual request. If MPRSC maintains no ready-made three-day report, an ordinary export or individual release entries may still satisfy the defined range without requiring staff to create a new document.

Regional scope matters. MPRSC serves Essex, King and Queen, King William, Middlesex, and Mathews. The public grid's main view does not label each row by county, so the request should ask for the ordinary King William committing agency, court, or jurisdiction field if maintained. Note: A precise range and jurisdiction field help avoid counting releases tied only to other MPRSC members.

King William 72-Hour Record Fields

No public 72-hour interface means no verified display fields exist for such a product. The table separates fields shown on the live current roster from those that should be requested in the underlying release record.

FieldAvailability and meaning
Full nameShown on the current grid; use it with other identity facts.
Age, race, sexCurrent-grid identity fields, not release facts.
Admit dateShows when the listed custody began; linked detail may include time.
Primary charge and court typeCurrent custody context, not a final case outcome.
Booking numberRequest it to distinguish one admission from another.
Actual release date and timeNot shown on the roster; request the release entry.
Release dispositionRequest the recorded bond, time-served, court-order, transfer, detainer, or other category.
Destination or receiving agencyRequest when lawfully disclosable to identify continued custody.
King William jurisdiction linkAsk for the ordinary committing-jurisdiction, court, or agency field if maintained.

A court record can add the case number, status, disposition, sentence, suspended time, and probation terms. It does not normally record the minute MPRSC moved or released the person. Use each record for the question it actually answers.

King William Weekend Release Window

A Friday-through-Monday range can capture activity that a single calendar-day inquiry misses. Weekends and observed holidays also do not count as working days in MPRSC's stated FOIA response period. They may affect when an office responds, but the research found no official claim that release data posts on a set cadence or rolls into the next business day's public list.

MPRSC's weekend policy adds a special local caution. When a court authorizes nonconsecutive service, an eligible person may report on successive weekends and spend weekdays outside the building while the active sentence continues. MPRSC publishes a 6 p.m. Friday reporting time for that program. This is not a discharge hour. A weekday roster absence can therefore be consistent with ongoing intermittent custody rather than final release.

Violations can end the privilege and convert the balance to continuous confinement. A three-day count based only on visible rows will miss that legal structure. The release or sentence record is needed to identify final completion. Does a Monday absence prove weekend discharge? No. It may reflect nonconsecutive service, transfer, data timing, or another event.

King William Roster Failure Clues

MPRSC's live application is a raw HTTP, noindex page embedded in an HTTPS wrapper. Some browsers block that mixed content, leaving an empty frame or an error. That does not mean the roster stopped, a release batch posted, or a named person left. Follow the direct link supplied by the official wrapper, then call the facility if it remains unavailable.

The public product is current-only. Its update interval and released-row retention are not published. It exposes no 24-hour or 72-hour filter, release date, release type, destination, or projected date. A broken frame and a missing name are separate issues, but neither is release proof.

The official current-list wrapper appears below so its scope can be read directly.

Verify King William Release Outcomes

A broad time-window request answers who left MPRSC and how the event was recorded. A source-by-source check then identifies what followed. “Gone from MPRSC” can mean community release, state transfer, another jail, a hospital, federal custody, or an immigration detainer.

SourceWhat it can establishLimit
MPRSC current rosterWhether a person is currently listedNo release history or reason
MPRSC release recordActual local departure time and recorded dispositionMust be requested
Virginia Jail VINEA specific-person custody event or noticeAutomated data can lag
King William courtsOrder, disposition, sentence, bond, and probationNot the physical exit log
VADOC locatorState institution or community-supervision statusNot a short local-jail archive
Federal systemBOP, ICE, or court custody facts when applicableNot proof of MPRSC community release

Start with Virginia Jail VINE for a known person. For a state-responsible transfer, search the VADOC Inmate & Supervisee Locator. Use BOP or ICE only when known facts point to federal custody. If a MPRSC record names a receiving agency, that destination controls the next check.

Compare King William Release Windows

The 24-hour intent is a same-day check. The 72-hour intent is a wider audit that can cross closed-office days and capture Friday-to-Monday events. Neither is an official MPRSC product. Both must be framed as a requested time range or a specific-person verification.

For activity limited to today, the Jail Releases: 24 Hours process narrows the request and emphasizes immediate verification. For one named person whose custody path may extend beyond MPRSC, the King William County released inmate lookup reconciles jail, VINE, court, state, and federal sources.

A three-day result still needs careful labels. Bond means the case continues outside local custody. Time served means the custodial term was treated as complete, not that every related duty ended. Transfer means custody changed hands. Parole means prison confinement ended under supervision, while discharge ends the specified obligation. Note: Use the recorded event word from the source; do not turn every departure into a community release.
